Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Timetablr on iOS, Android, and the web (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Timetablr, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Timetablr is a class schedule app for university and higher-education students. Depending on your campus, it may include:

• Personal and campus timetables, reminders, attendance, planner, habits, and skills
• Friends, study sessions, and Class Representative announcements
• Campus Lost & Found, which is shown to classmates only after an admin approves the listing
• Optional games and other campus tools we add over time

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Timetablr. The Service is intended for university and higher-education students, including independent learners whose campus is not listed yet.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account.

• We may ask you to verify your email before some features unlock
• You can delete your account in the app at Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and immediate
• We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm others

5. Phone number

We collect a phone number at signup so classmates can reach you about Lost & Found. We do not use it for marketing.

When you post a Lost & Found listing, we attach the phone number from your account. Other students at your campus can see it only after an admin approves the listing.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of content you post (for example Lost & Found listings, photos, friend requests, study sessions, Class Representative messages, and issue reports). You grant Timetablr a licence to host and display that content in the Service.

You must not post anything illegal, harassing, sexually explicit, or that belongs to someone else without permission. Lost & Found listings are reviewed by an admin before they appear to other students. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe other people’s rights
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other students
• Try to access accounts, data, or systems you are not allowed to use
• Disrupt the Service, scrape it aggressively, or overload our servers
• Use Timetablr to send spam or unsolicited marketing

8. Timetable extraction

If you upload a timetable screenshot, we send that image to Google Gemini only so we can read class times from it. There is no in-app AI chat. Uploading a screenshot is your consent to that extraction.

9. Intellectual property

Timetablr, the app, our branding, and the software we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except as allowed by law.

Campus names and trademarks belong to those institutions. Casual games in the app are for entertainment between classes and are not affiliated with any sports governing body.

10. Third parties

The Service uses hosting, database, email, and push-notification providers to operate. Opening a phone number, email, or website from the app may leave Timetablr. Those third-party services have their own terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Class times, rooms, and campus information can change. We do not warrant that the timetable is complete, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that Lost & Found will recover your property.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Timetablr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost classes, or missed exams, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Termination

You may stop using Timetablr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if we have to for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date on this page. If a change is material, we will try to notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.
